Limited Returns & Exchanges Policy


We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, however, due to sanitary health and hygienic concerns certain restrictions apply.

Items in these categories cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

  • Salon Treatments
  • Hair Extensions
  • Shears & Razors
  • Waxing

Items in these categories can only be returned for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee:

  • Brushes & Combs
  • Trimmers
  • Hair Care and all subcategories except for Salon Treatments
  • Skin & Nails and all subcategories


  • Returned items must have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the package.
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition including all parts, accessories, packaging, etc.
  • Returned items must be sent back to us (post marked) within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
  • Returned items must be well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.

* Items not within the Return Guidelines above may be refused or assessed a restocking fee at our discretion.



  • Refunds and store credits will be minus shipping fees, if any.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we made a mistake on your order. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund or store credit upon request.
  • Allow up to 15 business days after receiving your return for processing.


To return an item please contact customer service in order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 
* Packages sent without a valid RMA will be refused/returned at the sender's expense.


If you are experiencing issues with an item and it is past 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of your product as you may be covered under their manufacturer's warranty.
