30-Day Limited Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of deliveryHowever, since we are dealing with beauty and personal care products, for health and hygienic concerns, all items returned must still be in new and unused/unopened condition. 

Only items in the categories below may be returned after being lightly used as long as they are still in like-new condition and including all original accessories, packaging, etc.:

  • Hair Dryers
  • Flat Irons
  • Curlers

 

Return Guidelines:

  • Returned items must have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the package.
  • Returned items must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition - with the exception of hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers.
  • Returned items must include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
  • Returned items must be sent back to us (post marked) within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
  • Returned items must be well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
  • We recommend shipping returns using a service that includes tracking. In most cases, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
  • Refunds will be minus any original shipping fees you paid on your order.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we made a mistake on your order. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
  • You will receive an email once your refund has been posted. Please allow up to 10 business days after receiving your return for processing - usually it won't take that long.

 * Returns received without a valid RMA on the outside of the box or not within the Return Guidelines mentioned above may be refused and sent back or assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion.

 

How to initiate a return request:

  1. Carefully review our Returns Policy and Return Guidelines above to make sure your item qualifies for a return.
  2. If within our policy and guidelines, please contact customer service in order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) for your product and further instructions.

 * Returns received without a valid RMA on the outside of the box or not within the Return Guidelines mentioned above may be refused and sent back or assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion.

 

Experiencing issues with your item?

If you are experiencing technical issues with a product and believe it might be defective, please contact the manufacturer of your product directly as you may be covered under their manufacturer's warranty. Every manufacturer has different policies and procedures but the information is usually in the paperwork included with your purchase or can be found online by visiting their website.
