Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Any and all information given to us will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your order as requested. Our online store uses the latest and highest standard of encryption technology to process your orders safely and securely. Payments are processed through PayPal/PayFlow's secure servers and we do not store or have access to any credit card or payment information. We will never sell or disclose our customer information to anyone. 

Ordering

Our entire catalog is available for purchase to the general public and no special license is necessary although many of our products are recommended for professional use only.  
Ordering is available online 24/7 through our easy and secure web store or over the phone Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm EST by calling us at +1 800-818-9066.
Online ordering is only available for USA, Canada, and Mexico. However, we offer international shipping through our wholesale program for qualifying customers.

Payment

For online orders we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
For wholesale orders we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as bank wires/deposits.
For international wholesale orders we only accept bank wires/deposits.

Shipping & Delivery

We try our hardest to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time if not ahead of schedule.
Order are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation unless and item is temporarily backordered or if additional verification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention). Packages are generally shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will include it at no additional charge.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Currently we ship to United States, Canada, and Mexico. We can ship to other countries through our wholesale program where a minimum order quantity applies.

Returns & Exchanges

You may cancel your order until it has been shipped (typically within 24 hours). Once it has shipped we have no way of stopping delivery and you will have to request a RMA from customer service to return your order. After receiving your order if for any reason you are not satisfied it, we will gladly refund or exchange it within the first 30 days however some restrictions apply. Please read our full returns & exchanges policy for all guidelines and limitations.
