What countries do you ship to?
For online retail we only ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. We can ship to other countries through our wholesale accounts.

How can I pay for my order?
Through our secure website, you can pay with your debit/credit card from VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal. For international wholesale orders we only accept bank wires/deposits.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We try our hardest to deliver your order ahead of schedule. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation and we have different shipping options available for your convenience. In the USA, free shipping takes 4-7 business days and the fastest service available takes 1-2 business days. For international orders such as Mexico and Canada the cheapest shipping option takes 8-15 business days and the fastest service available takes 4-6 business days.

How do you ship packages?
We typically ship all of our orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class, Priority, or Priority Express services. Tracking information is provided on every shipment except on First Class shipments weighing less than 3 oz.

Can anyone make a purchase or is a cosmetology license required?
Our entire catalog is available to the general public and no special license is required to make a purchase. With that being said, many of the products we sell are recommended for professional use only and are not meant for home use. 

Do I get any discounts for being a licensed cosmetologist?
All of our items are already priced competitively and we back our prices by a 105% Price Match Guarantee and our wholesale accounts is available for licensed cosmetology professionals who are looking to re-sell our items.

Can I purchase wholesale?
Yes. We have wholesale accounts available for businesses and licensed cosmetology professionals. 

What is the return policy?
After receiving your order if for any reason you are not satisfied it, we will gladly refund or exchange it within the first 30 days however some restrictions apply. Please read our full returns & exchanges policy for all guidelines and limitations.
