quality. Service is very important to us and therefore we offer to our customers a
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY
Elchim is void of responsibility for repair or free returns if the appliance (after the
purchase) was dropped, damaged, abused, misued, tampered or used with unauthorized attachments.
WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAY FROM PURCHASE DATE
Return your appliance, if it is defective, to your authorized distributor with original
proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for over the counter exchange.
Minor cosmetic defects, typical of craftmade tools, may not be eligible of free returns.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS
In the further 11 months, send the appliance directly with proof of purchase to:

Your appliance will be repaired at no cost for parts and labour. Please enclose
$15.00 check which is only a contribution to ship the tool back to you.
AFTER THE FIRST 12 MONTHS AND FOREVER!
Send your appliance to the above mentioned address and with only $28.00,
which includes also the expenses to ship the tool back to your adress. We will
take care of parts and labour and your appliance will be fixed.
Attention: if no receipt is sent or no online registration has been done,
regardless of when you originally purchased your appliance, the enclosed
check will have to be $28.00.
Once your tool is fixed, the repaired components shall be guaranteed for
further 90 days with free shipping and repair.
