WHAT IT COVERS: Manufacturer's defects
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- REGULAR WEAR & TEAR: Example: plastic bristles wearing out over time
- ABUSE: Example: overheating bristles or brush with blowdryer
- PHYSICAL TRAUMA: Example: breakage or damage not due to defect
- REPLACEMENT BRUSH: Our warranty provides a one-time replacement.
Please note that your replacement brush is not covered by the warranty.
WHERE IS THE WARRANTY VALID: Valid only in the United States (excluding territories). Brush must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden® reseller. Void where prohibited.
WARRANTY DURATION: 24 months from date of purchase.
HOW IT WORKS:
STEP #1: E-mail info@oliviagarden.com (if unable then call 1-800-922-2301) & include the following:
- Date of brush purchase
- Business name where brush was purchased
- Copy of your purchase receipt (Must be from an authorized Olivia Garden® reseller)
- Picture(s) of brush showing its current condition & problem
- Name (on handle) & reference # of brush (could be at top of brush, at the neck or on the handle)
- Your full name, mailing address & phone number
STEP #2: Upon receipt of your email, Olivia Garden will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#). With this number clearly written on the outside of the box, please return the brush to: Olivia Garden, 2805 Verne Roberts Circle, Antioch, CA 94509, Att: Warranty Department. Very important: include RA# on the outside of the box.
STEP #3: Upon receipt of your brush, our warranty department will review the brush. If our evaluation reveals that brush is defective from manufacturing (as outlined above), Olivia Garden will mail you a new replacement brush. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for mailing.
IMPORTANT: Do not throw away defective brush as this will void its warranty.
DISCLAIMER: Olivia Garden reserves the right to deny brush replacement at its sole discretion. Replacement is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Olivia Garden is not obligated to replace any brush under this warranty. Olivia Garden reserves the right to refuse to replace a brush at its sole discretion and without providing justification. If a replacement is denied, there will be no recourse or further action available.
Curling Iron - Limited 2-Year Warranty
Olivia Garden professional curling iron carries a limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship for 24 months.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug
- Damage due to external factors, misuse or abuse such as but not limited to: dropping, foreign objects being placed on the barrel, wrong voltage supply, neglect in safety precautions
- Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party
- Damage resulting from use of unauthorized attachments

- The limited warranty is valid only in the United States & Canada (excluding territories). Outside of United States, contact your local distributor for warranty terms and services. Curling iron must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden reseller. Void where prohibited.

Upon receipt and inspection, Olivia Garden will determine if curling iron is covered under terms of the limited warranty. If it is covered, Olivia Garden will either repair or replace.
Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 24 months duration of this written limited warranty. In no event shall Olivia Garden be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state in USA and Canada.
Olivia Garden professional flat iron carries a limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship for 24 months.

Shear Collection - Limited Lifetime Warranty
Olivia Garden shears carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer’s defects. We will repair or replace defective shears at no charge. Please call 1-800-922-2301 or e-mail info@oliviagarden.com with explanation and simply return the shears to us with sales receipt. Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects. Valid only in the United States (excluding territories).
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling or abusive use (knocks, dents, dropping, etc.), improper use, or unauthorized alteration or repair
- Consequences of normal wear & tear
- Aging
- Oxidation, rusting, or contact with chemical or cleaning products unsuitable for metal shears
- Malfunctions resulting from accumulation of dirt, hair or foreign material
For warranty repairs, please return shears postage prepaid to Olivia Garden, 2805 Verne Roberts Circle, Antioch, CA 94509 in an appropriate packaging to avoid damage to the shears. Please include a note explaining the problem, your contact information, & proof of purchase. To avoid loss, the use of an insured shipping method with tracking information is highly recommended.

Olivia Garden guarantees the quality of the materials, faultless workmanship and flawless operation.
Olivia Garden Cara Limited Warranty is for an unlimited period against any manufacturing defects under the following conditions: any part found by our technical service to be defective as a result of the manufacturing fault (materials or workmanship) will be replaced or repaired (at Olivia Garden’s discretion) free of charge by Olivia Garden.
