Order are generally shipped out from our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of ordering unless an item is temporarily backordered, a pre-order, or if additional verification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention).
Trackable & reliable shipping
Packages are generally shipped via USPS, FedEX, or DHL with trackable service which will be emailed to you once your package is being prepared. If you prefer a delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will be sure to include it at no additional charge. Certain delivery instructions however, we are unable to include with your order (e.g. "bring it around back")
We care about your purchase
Boxes are amply sized and we do our best to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Shipping for domestic orders (within United States)
Orders above $50 are shipped for free with standard shipping (4-7 business days).
Orders below $50 are shipped for flat rate $6.95 with standard shipping (4-7 business days).
For faster services we have:
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) available for a flat rate $11.95.
- Rush Delivery (1-2 business days) which is calculated based on your total order weight and zip code.

Shipping for international orders (outside United States)
We ship to many countries and the cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout. The cost will vary based on the shipping address and the total weight of the products in the order. Additionally, please be advised you may be responsible for import duties/taxes assessed by your federal government in order to receive your package which we are not responsible for.

Other important information
- Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse so your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
- We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- In the event of a stolen or lost package that is not due to an incorrect address, a police report will be required in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Return Policy
30-Day Limited Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. However, since we are dealing with beauty and personal care products, for health and hygienic concerns, all items returned must still be in new and unused/unopened condition.
Only items in the categories below may be returned after being lightly used as long as they are still in like-new condition and including all original accessories, packaging, etc.:
If your order has not shipped yet and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to cancel it before it ships.
Return Guidelines:
- Returned items must have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the package.
- Returned items must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition - with the exception of hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers.
- Returned items must include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
- Returned items must be sent back to us (post marked) within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
- Returned items must be well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
- We recommend shipping returns using a service that includes tracking. In most cases, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
- Refunds will be minus any original shipping fees you paid on your order.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we made a mistake on your order. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
- You will receive an email once your refund has been posted. Please allow up to 10 business days after receiving your return for processing - usually it won't take that long.
* Returns received without a valid RMA on the outside of the box or not within the Return Guidelines mentioned above may be refused and sent back or assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion.
How to initiate a return request:
- Carefully review our Returns Policy and Return Guidelines above to make sure your item qualifies for a return.
- If within our policy and guidelines, please contact customer service in order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) for your product and further instructions.
