Order are generally shipped out from our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of ordering unless an item is temporarily backordered, a pre-order, or if additional verification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention). Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (we do not ship on weekends).

Trackable & reliable shipping

Packages are generally shipped via USPS, FedEX, or DHL with trackable service which will be emailed to you once your package is being prepared. If you prefer a delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will be sure to include it at no additional charge. Certain delivery instructions however, we are unable to include with your order (e.g. "bring it around back")

Boxes are amply sized and we do our best to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Shipping for domestic orders (within United States)

Orders above $99 are shipped for free with standard shipping (4-7 business days).

Orders below $99 are shipped for flat rate $8.95 with standard shipping (4-7 business days).

Shipping for international orders (outside United States)

Return Policy

30-Day Limited Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. However, since we are dealing with beauty and personal care products, for health and hygienic concerns, all items returned must still be in new and unused/unopened condition.

Only items in the categories below may be returned after being lightly used as long as they are still in like-new condition and including all original accessories, packaging, etc.:

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not shipped yet and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to cancel it before it ships. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped; you will have to initiate a return request.

7-Day Damage Deadline

If the item you received is damaged upon arrival, you must reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to report the damages. This includes any and all damage such as chipped blade teeth, stripped screws, cracks, scratches, imperfections, or missing parts. Items reported damaged upon arrival must be completely unused.

Return Guidelines:

Returned items must have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the package.
Returned items must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition - with the exception of hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers.
Returned items must include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
Returned items must be sent back to us (post marked) within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
Returned items must be well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
We recommend shipping returns using a service that includes tracking. In most cases, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
Refunds will be minus any original shipping fees you paid on your order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we made a mistake on your order. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label to be deducted from your refund upon request.
You will receive an email once your refund has been posted. Please allow up to 10 business days after receiving your return for processing - usually it won't take that long.

* Returns received without a valid RMA on the outside of the box or not within the Return Guidelines mentioned above may be refused and sent back or assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion.
